Tracey Leeson - Head Coach
Tier 6 Duet and Tier 4 Team
Synchro Experience: Tracey starting swimming with KTSC in 1984 and continued for 12 years competing at the Senior National level. Two years ago she returned to swimming and won gold with the KTSC Masters team in 2008.
Coaching Experience: Tracey started coaching recreational in 1991. She has coached competitive for 6 years and has been KTSC’s Head Coach since 2006.

Kassie Bosnell - Competitive Coach and Recreational Coordinator
Tier 4 Team and Business Ladies
Synchro Experience: Kassie began swimming with KTSC at 6 years old. Her swimming highlight came in Victoria, BC when her team won Nationals. Kassie continued on to swim with the Trent University Varsity team.
Coaching Experience: Kassie has been coaching with KTSC for 7 years. She is also the recreational coordinator for the 2008-2009 season.

Carly Shewen - Recreational Coach
Synchro Experience: Carly started swimming when she was 8 years old. She swam 4 years of recreational and 6 years of competitive reaching the Tier 5 level. Carly is currently swimming a Masters Trio.
Coaching Experience: This is Carly’s first year as a recreational coach.
Did you know… That Carly is hoping to take Kinesiology in University next year and become a Physiotherapist in the future.
Claire Burnard - Assistant Competitive
Synchro Experience: Claire has been swimming for 9 years. After taking last year off she has returned to swim a duet at the Tier 6 level.
Coaching Experience: Claire coached two years in recreational and is assisting at the competitive level this season.
Did you know… In Claire’s whole swimming career she has always been the youngest girl on her team.
Dani Smith – Competitive Coach
Tier 2 - S Team
Synchro Experience: Dani swam 4 years in recreational and 1 year in pre-competitive. She went on to swim 6 years of competitive at the Provincial level. In 2006 Dani returned to swim with the KTSC Masters where she won a Bronze in duet and team, as well as winning Nationals in combo last year.
Coaching Experience: While in university, Dani coached with the Thunder Bay Synchro Club. She coached 1 year of pre-competitive and 3 years competitive (team and duet in Tiers 2, 4, and 5). After university Dani returned to Peterborough and coached the Trent University Varsity Team for 1 year.
Did you know… Dani has walked along the Great Wall of China.
Danielle Gibson – Competitive Coach
Tier 2- G Team
Synchro Experience: Danielle swam competitive for nine years with two duets. Two of her years in competitive were in Tier 6.
Coaching Experience: Danielle coached recreational last year. This is year she is coaching the Tier 2 team.
Did you know… Danielle is in her first year in the Nursing program at Trent.
Desiree Archer - Recreational Coach
Synchro Experience: Desiree has been swimming for 7 years and competed at the Tier 5 level last year. This year Desiree is swimming a recreational trio.
Coaching Experience: This is Desiree’s first year coaching a recreational team.

Meghan Grills - Recreational Coach
Synchro Experience: Meghan swam 2 years at the recreational level and 8 years of competitive. She is currently part of KTSC’s Masters’ Trio and “still loving every minute of it!”
Coaching Experience: Meghan is in her fourth year of coaching recreational swimmers.
Did you know... she is travelling to the States this summer to fulfill her dream of going to Tennessee and visiting the Grand Ole Opry
Kailee Gooley – Competitive Coach
Tier 2-G Team
Synchro Experience: Kailee started swimming Synchro at age 9 in Port Hope. In grade 9 she began swimming in Peterborough with KTSC and continued to swim at the National level until she went away to university. Since Kailee went to Trent she began coaching with KTSC. Kailee coached and judged swimming through her 4 years at Trent. She then moved on to teachers' college and took a swimming break. In 2006, she began swimming masters and swam for two years winning National gold.
Coaching Experience: Kailee coached for 4 years during her university career with KTSC.
Did you know… Kailee has never worn nose plugs
Alisa Woods - Recreational Coach
Synchro Experience: Alisa has been swimming for 9 years. She is currently a Tier 5 swimmer and is competing with the Tier 4 team.
Coaching Experience: Alisa is in her fourth year coaching recreational.
Did you know…Alisa spent her summer up north working as an Ontario Ranger for the MNR.
Holly Bosnell – Competitive Coach
Tier 3 and Masters
Synchro Experience: Holly swam for ten years at both the Provincial and National levels for Kawartha Trent Synchro and two years with Trent University Varsity.
Coaching Experience: Holly has been coaching for over 8 years now at both the Provincial and National levels as well. She coached the Masters team to a National gold medal in 2008.
Did you know… Holly is one of three sisters that have swum for Kawartha Trent Synchro.
Leah Varden - Recreational Coach
Synchro Experience: Leah has been swimming for 8 years. She swam 4 years of recreational and 4 years competitive, reaching the Tier 5 level. This year she is swimming a recreational trio.
Coaching Experience: This is Leah’s first year as a recreational coach.
Did you know… Leah worked at a Japanese camp teaching English in the summer
